Do you deliver? Yes, we can do next day delivery within Metro Manila via third party delivery partners Happy Move and Mr. Speedy.
Can I order from abroad and send it to my family in Manila? Yes, we can accept foreign credit cards.
What happens if I receive damaged items? Kindly reach out to us within 24 hours after you received your items via Instagram, email or Viber. To fiile a complaints, kindly provide proof of purchase and picture of damaged items. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
What time is the order cut-off? Order cut-off for next day delivery is at 6 pm.
Do certain items have special lead times? Some special items have designated lead times. Please make sure to check the description of items that require 1 or 2 days lead time.
Can I cancel my order? No cancellations once order is paid and confirmed. For any concerns, please contact us via email, Instagram or viber.
What are your payment options? Our payment options include credit cards Mastercard and Visa, G-Cash, and Grab Wallet. Cash on delivery option is not available.
What is your area of coverage and fees? We may receive online orders any time of the day for delivery to Metro Manila
cities and Rizal up to a 30km distance from our restaurant. Delivery fees will be calculated on check-out, before proceeding to payment. Delivery fees may range from P100 to P350 depending on the distance of your location from the restaurant. Please note that distance may affect the quality of the food due to longer delivery time. If your location is not covered by our delivery area, please contact us through our landline or cellphone number in the “Contact Us” page to see if we can accommodate your area.
What if my order is delayed? The delivery time slot for the next available hour does not take into account the distance of your delivery address. When selecting time slots, please note that peak hours, rainy weather, and holidays may affect delivery time due to volume of orders and heavier road traffic. We appreciate your understanding.
How can I go about bulk orders and special requests? For bulk orders and special requests, please contact us directly through our details in the “Contact Us” page. A 50 percent down payment may be required for bulk orders.
